Prince Harry and Meghan Markle aren’t just spectators at the Invictus Games—they’re participants…sort of.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently arrived in the Netherlands to attend the fifth Invictus Games, the international sports competition Harry founded for wounded service members in 2014. While the couple made their first appearance at The Hague on April 15, the official games began on April 16 and will run until April 22.

On April 16, Prince Harry joined in on the first medal event of the Games. The Jaguar Land Rover Driving Challenge is an off-road competition that tests “skill, precision, navigational ability, observation, and teamwork,” per People. The duke hopped into one of the vehicles to help the driver with the course while Markle—who wore jeans, a white shirt, and a chic black jacket—cheered them on.

Considering Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are parents to two children—two-year-old Archie and 10-month-old Lilibet Diana—it’s no surprise that there are kid-friendly activities at the Invictus Games. In fact, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex took an opportunity to ride along with some youngsters in a race of kiddy cars. If the duke’s raised arms are anything to go by, his little driver was victorious.
